Not satisfied with the product or ordered the wrong article? No problem, at WTW-filtersOnline you can return the product to us easily and free of charge.

How do I return my product?

We will then look at a suitable solution with you. For example, we can help you find the suitable MVHR-filter.

Should you fail to find the appropriate filter, we will provide the return label and thus pay the return costs. You bring the parcel to a DPD ParcelShop near you. Once we have received your return, we will transfer the full order amount back to you within 5 working days.

MVHR-filters Online maintains a number of return shipping guidelines:

• The products ordered must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
• The filters should be unused and undamaged (open packaging is no problem)
